The apartment has two large rooms (a living-room and a bedroom), a kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and has all modern conveniences: hot water all year round 24 hours a day, central heating, plus electric heaters for cold seasons, and fans for hot seasons, a telephone, refrigerator, laundry washer and TV-set with DVD-player. The apartment is 100% secure - has a steel door downstairs and 2 doors in the apartment.
